Where are classes taking place while COVID-19 is ongoing?
Classes can be scheduled according to individual client needs at their residence or at the Inglewood Pet Food and Boutique located here in Caledon, Ontario. Social distancing, face mask, and disinfection protocols are in place.
How long is each class?
Every in-person class is one hour long (sometimes longer if necessary) and orientation/virtual classes are one hour or less.
How many animals/people per class?
All classes with the exception of socialization sessions or other specially designed sessions are private (only 1 animal per class). Family members are welcome and encouraged to participate appropriately.
How do I sign up for a class?
The first step is to submit a Student Profile Form which will provide us with all the relevant information to get started. We will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your orientation class.
What should I have ready for my first class?
For all dog classes, you must have a current vaccination record, a collar/harness, 4-6ft non-retractable leash, and soft treats. You should also ensure your dog has been exercised and not fed directly prior to attending class.
What if I need to reschedule a class?
One free make-up class is allowed per program. Additional charges will apply for any other missed classes.
